Cash on Hand

Now don't get us wrong, cash on hand is about as important of a figure as possible, however, didn't the Petro campaign use that fact over and over again even though their fundraising was slowing down compared to Blackwell's. The fact remains that both campaigns should be able to do what they want to do. It's more a race of who can raise the most money from the primary forward. If either Blackwell or Strickland become tight with funds, they will find the funds to execute their plans. Just a thought...
