Congresswoman Tubbs Jones’ is Porkin’ It Up with Sherwin-Williams

This battle between Congressman John Campbell of California and Congressman John Murtha over a taxpayer giveaway to Sherwin-Williams paint company is fascinating. Click here to watch the segment from last night’s Hannity & Colmes on Fox News.

The amendment was sponsored by Cleveland Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones, but she wasn’t available during the debate to defend her indefensible pork project.

hmmmm…i wonder if the earkmark for sherwin willimas has anything to do with the fact that their research and development is headquartered in Congresswoman Tubbs-Jones’ district.

That’s right sherwin williams R&D is headquartered in the Flats in downtown cleveland…OH-11…Tubbs-Jones District. Maybe if we call the district office at (216) 522-4900 someone can explain.

It’s not just R&D, Sherwin-Williams’ world HQ is located in Cleveland, just up the hill from the tech center in the flats.

I witnessed the filmed incident with the investigative reporter and congresswoman Tubbs.
Tubbs is indeed a representative. A representative of exactly what’s wrong with our members of congress today. She probably wins the Arrogance Queen title hands down and has no reservations about spending your money and mine freely.
More people need to see that film. It was interesting how she backed down and gave an interview after realizing that she’d stepped over the line when she grabbed the reporters wrist!
    Another McKinney here?

Agree with Lawrence Rupp-the incident should be aired on other networks so taxpayers can see how tax dollars are spent. Jones-Tubbs lost it when she was questioned by the reporter. All taxpayers should see her loss of control. Is this the kind of person we want in our government? She did not want to answer her relationship with Sherwin Williams. Hiding something.
