How about we create one of those spinning things you see on cheesy lottery shows and the Price is Right?

All around it we can put "Democrat", "Republican" and "Charter" and Kenny can spin it each morning and see what his affiliation can be for that whole day.

Of course, this heavily implies that he can hold a position, or a party affiliation, for a whole day.
