Buckeye State Blog Blogger Drama, Update!

Bill Sloat has an update to the mind-numbing drama over at Buckeye State Blog. Click here to read it.

Here is a quick summary for those of you who have an even shorter attention span than I:

Paul Ackerman, a political consultant who makes a bunch of s*itty-looking 1998-style campaign websites, may have tried to “shake down” BSB’s Jerid Kurtz in order to get him to support some candidate Paul is working for in the 5th District. But “shake down” was a poor choice of words by Jerid, as Sloat said the private emails he was forwarded don’t imply any extortion, and Jerid agrees that the term “shake down” shouldn’t have been used. Now, Jerid and Paul both still have sand in their panties, and Paul might sue. Oh hum.

    Quick recap…

Shake down was meant in the sense that Paul was trying to get gets site statistics out of me…something he would have been able to obtain himself had he not lost those privleges back when Russell ran the site because well, Russell thought the guy was just as shady as I do. I wasn’t very clear in my language.

Paul’s more than welcome to sue. That’d be a hoot. He’s tooted his horn so much that he has an “actionable” suit that I’d love to see him put his money where his mouth is.

    blah.

Whats so scary about the site statistics? Shake down for **gasp** website hits and a list of referrals! Oh noes!

    Matthew-
Robin has not been a client of ours at any time. I’m not sure how that got out there. Anyways, Jerid’s eagerness for an imaginary lawsuit is entertaining. I love seeing how he keeps mentioning it everywhere.

Hey Jerid - Buckeye State Blog get its daily millionth visitor yet? Or are you somewhere over a billion now?

I don’t know what’s so scary about site statistics Matt. Why’d you make your site meter private after it’d been public so long?

I miss you too Ryan. Hearts and flowers your way in “blogosphere exile.”

And it was your partner in crime that brought up law suits first. He’s a class act. Love me that Paul.

    “blogosphere exile” ????

    heh

    “partner in crime” ????

    heh

Jerid, you are the frat boy prince of false spin (IMO)

I’m sure Paul and Ryan will do fine without ya. I have no issues with Paul and Ryan, but I do have a couple issues with a couple of their clients… c’est la vie.

In contrast, I trust little or nothing published on the BS Blog, especially your personal crock o’ crapola. I’m so gosh darn glad someone called you and Russell out on the false site meter numbers. Everyone knew that both of you have been full of it, but we couldn’t prove it.

However, I believe enough has been written to show that Paul Ackerman is a credible source regarding whether or not y’all were fudgin’ numbers.

Sounds like fraud to me… in my humble non-first year legal beagle, non-jackass and non-frat boy opinion.

Go away Jerid… before all the BS Blog front-pagers flee and leave you alone talking amongst yourself with various alias accounts. Hey just think, that way you’d have complete message control.

    BWWWWWWWWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!

    One thing Jerid.

Will you censor and ban yourself when it gets to the point where you only have alias multiple personality accounts talking amongst yourselves on the BS Blog ??

Ya gotta keep up the tradition… ya know ???

Tell ya what, I’ll give you a tuition free week of training at the Hickmania College of “Slam and Ban” Dodging… we’re the BS Blog experts !!!
