There is an outstanding candidate for congress in the 18th district. Her name is Jeanette Moll and she is a very strong conservative. She is just what we need. Check it out at www.mollforcongress.com.

Carey made it official on his website last night. He was my top pick so now I’m up in the air between Phillips and Moll. Dailey seems alright but the last thing we need now is a Republican “establishment” candidate given the current Ohio climate.

From what I have been hearing Jeanette Moll is possibly the worst candidate in the field. Fred Dailey and Paul Phillips are the only two candidates in the republican primary that stand a chance of beating Space.

Space is going to be hard to beat. I think that people in the district are giving him a chance to work and he isn’t viewed as a Pelosi puppet. He’ll also be well financed and has his base in the most populous county in the district. It’s do-able but it will take a lot of work.

Moll seems to want the nomination pretty bad. I keep seeing her at events around the area. Phillips I haven’t met but have heard good things about.

Don’t let Fred Dailey’s association with the Taft Administration fool you. He was one of the few bright lights among Taft’s many dim bulbs, and is well-liked, even by some Republican legislators who despised virtually everyone in the Taft regime.
