Putting Up With Freezing Cold Temperatures To Protest Global Warming

Oh this is too funny…

Cold Lake Erie winds whipped through Edgewater Park on Saturday afternoon, but nearly 100 people at a National Day of Climate Action rally had only warming on their minds.

"This is the start of a ground war on global warming," said Randy Cunningham of Cleveland, who put together the local "Step It Up 2007" event, one among two dozen in Ohio and nearly 1,400 nationwide. "Today shows that people are willing to be involved again."

Maybe this was mother nature's way of saying: "Thanks anyway guys… but I'll get to this warming stuff when I'm darn good and ready."
