Jennifer Brunner: “Donate to Me, So We Can Gerrymander The State!”

The Dayton Daily News reports that Brunner never left the campaign trail:

Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, the first Democrat to hold that job since 1990, already is looking ahead to 2010 and the re-election campaign.

In a “Six Months Report” to supporters, Brunner reminded them that the critical issue in 2010 would be control of the five-member reapportionment board, which will redraw state legislative districts after the 2010 census.

“Democratic control of the state’s apportionment board will ensure fair district lines that promote districts with a unity of community and competitive races for responsive public officials who represent more than narrow special interests,” her e-mail report said.

And since she is always in campaign mode, Brunner is going to cost Franklin County taxpayers at least $1 million in an effort to keep those kook liberal “count every fraudulent vote” activist groups happy.

Brunner is turning out to be the most partisan Ohio Secretary of State in history.
