More Blog Talk in Campaigns and Elections Magazine

Ryan Kelley continues to pump out great articles about the Ohio blogosphere. This one quotes Matt Dole, Tom Blumer, and yours truly. Cool!

With the 2008 elections right around the corner, I think this is the perfect time to start recruiting conservatives into the Ohio blogosphere. But from my experience, people who have the most interesting things to say also have jobs that don’t allow for blogging. And it seems like its more appealing for writers to be mini-Michelle Malkins or mini-Instapundits since they are talking about broad issues (Islamofascism, the size of Rosie O’Donnell’s butt, et cetera) instead of taking the time to dig into state politics and more boring topics.

How can we find more conservatives to blog about Ohio politics? I don’t have the foggiest clue. But if you are interested in writing about Ohio politics, you can get a free blog at Wordpress.com or Blogger, or a cheap blog from Typepad or any typical hosting provider (RAB uses Media Temple). And since its a snap to set up a blog, all you really need to join the Ohio blogosphere is an opinion and an iron butt!
