In retaining Deb Pryce’s seat, the Evans-Novak political Report says that all of the top tier candidates walking away from to run in a Republican-leaning district “reflects the depression among the GOP that is acutely felt in Ohio.”
EN also believes Kilroy now has a good chance of winning- But I think they should allow the Republicans to actually pick a candidate before they start that sort of silly speculation.
