Steve Buehrer Continues to Rack Up the Conservative Endorsements

A social conservative and anti-tax group, Family First PAC, has endorsed Steve Buehrer in the 5th. This endorsement makes sense, as unlike Birthright Bob Latta, Steve opposed the Taft/Householder tax increases.

From Family First:

Delta – State Senator Steve Buehrer, Republican candidate for Congress in Ohio’s 5th District, has received the endorsement of Family First PAC, one of Ohio’s leading pro-family advocacy organizations. This significant endorsement is one of many conservative organizations who have picked Steve Buehrer as their choice for the Republican special primary election on November 6th.

“After examining the voting records of candidates in this race, it is clear that Senator Steve Buehrer is the true conservative leader in this race,” said Lori Viars, Executive Director of Family First. “Buehrer has been a champion for conservative issues in Columbus and we know he will represent Ohio well in Washington DC.”

Family First PAC joins Club for Growth PAC, Concerned Women for America PAC and Liberty Committee as conservative organizations representing voters in Ohio who have named Steve Buehrer to be the best defender of social and fiscal conservative values. “I am privileged to receive this endorsement from an organization that has a reputation for getting things done for pro-family issues,” said Buehrer. “I am pleased that every conservative group who has taken a position in this race has endorsed my candidacy. I will work hard to champion conservative issues in Washington, D.C. as I have done in Columbus.”
