When Does Ted Strickland’s “Turn Around Ohio” Plan Kick In?

If Ted Strickland’s goal is to make Ohio’s economy as bad as the economy in his former congressional district, than he is continuing on the road to success:

Ohio’s unemployment rate increased to 5.9% in September, up from 5.7% in August, according to data released by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

The U.S. unemployment rate for September was 4.7%, up slightly from the August rate of 4.6%.
